i even lead a conga line

i have big news.
it's official that i love high school.
"what," you all say "savanna you hate high school."

its true that i entered high school with the most negative attitude in the world towards it. but things have changed.

i believe things started to look up on november 8, 2012. that was the day we left school and rode the spirit bus all the way up to a football stadium in somewhere that might have been salt lake city. i felt school spirit for maybe the first time that day. and since then it just gets better.

list of things-that-have-happened-in-high-school-that-would-not-have-happened-in-junior-high-that-have-made-high-school fantastic:
1. we have the 300s hall to call our own (mostly). this would have been impossible in junior high because they do not let you eat in the hallways
2. i have learned a fight song that im proud to scream at the top of my lungs
3. american studies happened.
4. i fell in love with student council, this was also impossible at mountain ridge.
5. everyone is so friendly.
6. i play high school softball.
7. i am running for student council.
8. i got asked to dance while looking like an eighties hobo, was the leader of a conga line, waved to the love of my life, got a high five from the other love of my life, and hard core danced with my best friend all in the same night.
9. augustine grows cool facial hair.
10. it is possible to be friends with people not in your grade.

and the list pretty much goes on and on but that's all im writing because im in high school and i do what i want.

in conclusion, im happy.
