In three words I can sum up 

everything

Life is hard. 

And things don't always go your way. 

But, it goes on.

If your boyfriend breaks up with you.

It goes on.

If you break up, 

he obviously isn't the right man for you.

If your best friend ditches you.

It goes on.

I know this from experience, 

My best friend decided she didn't like me anymore,

And now I have ever better friends.

If you do bad on a test.

It goes on.

You have a bad hair day.

It goes on.

Life goes on. 

Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better.

But always remember, 

Its not the end of the world.
