Awkward

So at the stake dance my friend asked me to save him a dance and I was like oh sure because well we are friends. He then preceded to tell me that he liked me.

 .. awkward ..

 Good news that after that somebody pulled the fire alarm.

 So I figured that there wouldn't be another slow dance so it would be okay.

 Unfortunately the dance resumed after only like 20 minutes outside. I spent the next 3 songs having mini heart attack every time the song would stop, worrying that it would be a slow one. I was with my friend, Bridger and since he is a boy I asked him what I should say. He told me that I should just say something like "I would like you, but I already like someone else." Because that is what he would like to have someone say to him. This approach didn't really make sense to me, but I figured he knew more about this then I did.

 So my plan was to just not say anything about it. Too bad he brought it up.

 Sometimes I think my life is a joke.
