I have recently noticed, that I have only mentioned Harry Potter on this blog, once or twice.
This was an awful realization, because after all, my first love is Harry Potter.
Not specifically the character Harry Potter, although I do love him. Its everything about the books. Its everything about the movies. Its everything that Harry Potter is about.
J.K. Rowling created her own little world in the Harry Potter books, and every single detail is perfection. She has created a world of suspense, happiness, magic, friendship, angst, and love.
She has even set up three generations that all fit together.
There are the maurarders
Not a whole lot is said about them, but I love their story none the less. They are the group of hot, popular guys, who grow up into amazing people willing to die for what they believe in. (For the purposes of this post, we will not be talking about Peter Petigrew.)
They are smart. They created the Maurarders Map. The whole idea for this is just genius I think.
And it contains a beautiful love story. The story of James Potter and Lily Evans.
Lily hated James. She thought he was cocky, arrogant and mean. But he loved Lily, he constantly asked her out and eventually she said yes, and Lily fell in love with the man she swore she could never love. She marries her worst enemy from school, and ends up dying for their only child. I know this story is cliche, but I love it.
The next generation probably the most important one. Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger.
What do I have to say about them, they better question is what don't I have to say about them. I love them with every fiber of my being-specifically a certain red headed boy named Ronald Bilius Weasley.
I seem to be talking mainly about the love stories in Harry Potter, so I will continue with that train of thought. The story of Ron and Hermione is beautiful also.
Bare with me, I do realize I say that I love all of these love stories.
I love the whole idea of falling in love with your best friends.
There is also the story of Harry and Ginny.
Well, I will also say that I love Harry and Ginny's story, but not as much as the others. Though I do love their first kiss.
Harry had to serve detention for hexing Malfoy and had to miss the championship game, leaving Ginny as the seaker. As he enters the common room, he is met with the roar of a party, they won.
The book says, "Harry looked around; there was Ginny running towards him; she had a hard, blazing look in her face as she threw her arms around him. And without thinking about it, without planning on it, without worrying about the fact that fifty people were watching, Harry kissed her."
There is another generation, consisting of their kids. They are only mentioned for a few pages, but J.K. already set up their character types.
I am very, very excited about them. J.K. Rowling has said that she will be writing books about the children of her characters in the future.
I was able to grow up with Harry Potter, and my kids will be able to grow up with the next generation of the books.
just breathe.

I love this post! Let's be best friends
